Pricing is based off on how many residential units, apartments or houses you have in your community, and features included in the subscription. Each subscription is for one license for one community. If you need additional licenses for multiple communities, you will be able to add the additional licenses in your account.

Are there any setup fees, startup fees or any cancellation fees?
No, there are no setup fees, no startup fees, and no cancellation fees.
What plan do I need?
First, you should select a number of units that will cover your community. For example, if your community has 465 houses or residential units/apartments, then you should select 475 from the Number Of Units drop down menu. Then you can select any plan according to your needs.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime. Your subscription will stay active after your cancellation until your next billing period.
Can I cancel my annual subscription?
You can cancel your annual subscription anytime. Your subscription will stay active after your cancelation until the date of your contract.
Are there any costs to my residents to use PoolEntry app?
No, there are no cost to your residents. All residents can download the PoolEntry app from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for free.
Can I request an invoice and pay by check?
Yes, you can request an invoice and then you can mail us a check. All invoices are due within 30 days.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. You can enter your credit card information in Account & Settings.
